"I’ve ordered from USA Gundam Store a couple..."
I’ve ordered from USA Gundam Store a couple of times, and to be fair, the experience itself wasn’t bad. Some of the kits are priced okay, but lately the prices feel a bit high, especially once shipping gets added on. At that point it just doesn’t feel like much of a deal. I can usually find the same kits cheaper if I’m willing to wait or shop around a little. Not a terrible store by any means, just not the best value for me right now.

"Idiots"
Worst customer service.
All I wanted to do was change my payment method and they ended up cancelling the order without asking forcing me to miss out on their Apex Anniversary sale.
Incompetent morons who can't even properly read an email are going to be the ones that help you when you have problems with their store, and from the looks of it, most likely you will.

"First impression: awesome Gundam selection"
My first impression was wow, they have a lot more Gundam kits than I expected. I ended up finding a few I hadn’t been able to track down anywhere else, so it was a great surprise.

"Solid packaging, nothing to stress over"
I ordered a couple of kits from usagundamstore.com, the packaging passed my quick “is anything smashed?” check right away. There was enough packing paper in the box, and the kits themselves made it through just fine, which is usually the main thing I’m watching for with model kits.
I’m giving it 4 stars only because the outside shipping box had a small dent and one corner felt a little soft, so my brain immediately went, “uh oh.” But once I opened it, everything inside was okay. Overall, I’m happy with the order and would buy from them again.

"Good order, but support was a little slow"
I ordered from USA Gundam Store and everything I received was totally fine, so no complaints there. The only thing that bugged me a bit was customer service taking longer than I expected to get back to me. They did eventually reply and helped me with what I needed, so it wasn’t a bad experience, just not the smoothest either. Overall, I’d say it was average, but I was a little disappointed because I was hoping it would feel a bit easier and more reassuring.

"They had the kits I couldn’t find anywhere else"
I’d been hunting for a couple older HG kits for a while, and USA Gundam Store was one of the only places that actually had them in stock. Everywhere else I checked was either sold out or stuck on backorder, so I was relieved to finally find them.
Checkout was simple, and the stock info seemed accurate since nothing got canceled after I placed the order. The only thing is I did feel a bit ignored when I reached out with a question and didn’t really get much of a response, but overall I’m still happy I was able to get the kits.
